All orders must be prepaid (check or major credit card), or C.O.D.
We use a sophisticated form of address verification for all credit transactions to protect both of us against fraud. If the billing address for the credit card does not match the shipping address for a customer, we hold the order for verbal, personal verification. We are happy to arrange all manner of off-line payments (like money orders & bank checks, personal checks, etc.) with you. Just call 888-650-7004 to arrange alternate payment methods. We pursue all attempts at intentional credit card fraud, and ignore any concept of confidentiality when dealing with fraudulent transactions. We Don't Charge Until We Ship Your credit card will NOT be charged until we ship your order. Back Orders We do not generally backorder items we are unable to ship at the time you order. You will need to reorder any item we do not have in stock at the time of your order. We charge only for the items we ship. If you have prepaid by check or moneyorder we will refund the amount we are unable to ship. We will make every effort to notify you when a product again becomes available, although it is probably best to check with us after a few weeks. Returns We do not accept any returns, for any reason, without prior notification and authorization. Any claims for shortage or defective merchandise must be made within seven days of when you receive your order. No returns of any kind accepted after 30 days. All returns are subject to inspection and my have a restock charge added to any refund or credit. Any refunds will be less original freight charges. Nothing is Forever All prices, products, product designs, specifications, packaging, terms, availability and all other conditions are subject to change without notice. Shipping It is our intention to ship your order within 48 hours and we make every effort to do so. Unless otherwise requested, domestic orders go UPS or USPS and international orders by USPS. We charge for shipping according to the sale total. We reserve the right to charge an additional handling fee on bulky or unusual packages. click here
